Open Admissions Policy: Boracay Island Global Academy admits pupils/students of any gender, nationality, religious belief, or any cultural affiliation in accordance with the charter of the school and the laws of the Philippines.
Nursery & Kindergarten

🧒 Pre-Elementary

Enrollment Requirements

  1. The learner must be 4 years old (Nursery) or 5 years old (Kinder) on or before October 31.
  2. Certificate of Completion of Early Childhood Education (if any) for incoming Kinder
  3. Two (2) 2x2 pictures (white background)
  4. Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
  5. Photocopy of Baptismal Certificate (if Catholic)
  6. Long brown envelope
Age Qualification for Kindergarten (DO 015, s. 2025)

Kindergarten learners should be five years old by October 31 of every calendar year. However, the school may consider learners who will turn five from November 1 to December 31, on the condition that the learner shall:

1. Have completed an Early Childhood Care and Development (ECCD) Program for one (1) school year. Parents/legal guardians shall provide copies of the Certificate of Completion/Attendance from a public or private Child Development Center / Learning Center granted with permit or recognition; or

2. Undergo the Philippine Early Childhood Development (ECD) Checklist during the enrollment period until the first week of the school year. The checklist is administered by the Kindergarten teachers of the receiving school, and the result shall be the basis for admission to Kindergarten. The accomplished checklist shall form part of the learner's records.

Grades 1-6

  1. Report Card / Form 138
  2. Certificate of Good Moral Character
  3. Photocopy of Certificate of Completion (for incoming Grade 1)
  4. Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
  5. Two (2) 2x2 pictures (white background)
  6. Photocopy of Baptismal Certificate (if Catholic)
  7. Long brown envelope
Grades 7-10

🎓 Junior High School

Enrollment Requirements for New Students / Transferees

  1. Report Card / Form 138
  2. Certificate of Good Moral Character
  3. Photocopy of Certificate of Completion (for incoming Grade 7)
  4. Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
  5. Two (2) 2x2 pictures (white background)
  6. Photocopy of Baptismal Certificate (if Catholic)
  7. Long brown envelope
Educational Service Contract (ESC) Requirements for incoming Grade 7
  1. Long brown envelope with full name (Last Name, First Name)
  2. ESC Form 1
  3. ESC Contract
  4. Data Privacy Form
  5. Two (2) 2x2 pictures (studio taken, white background)
  6. Photocopy of Grade 6 Report Card
  7. Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
  8. Proof of Income (both parents or guardian/s): Certificate of Unemployment, Income Tax Return, Certificate of Tax Exemption, or Certificate of Indigency
Grades 11-12

🏆 Senior High School

Enrollment Requirements for New Students / Transferees

  1. Report Card / Form 138
  2. Certificate of Good Moral Character
  3. Photocopy of Certificate of Completion (for incoming Grade 11)

SHS Voucher Program (SHS-VP) Requirements for incoming Grade 11
  1. Long brown envelope with full name (Last Name, First Name)
  2. Photocopy of Grade 10 Report Card
  3. Two (2) 2x2 pictures (studio taken, white background)
  4. Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
Additional Requirements for Private School Grade 10 Graduates
  • ESC Certificate
